1. Introduction

3. Eligibility Requirements

4. Account Registration and Security

Registering an account with bd99f is free of charge. The registration process requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number which will serve as your primary account identifier and the destination for OTP-based verification codes.

• 1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. bd99f will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. You must not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• 2You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bd99f support immediately at [email protected] and change your password. bd99f will investigate reported unauthorised access and take appropriate remedial action.
• 3bd99f reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that the account holder no longer meets eligibility requirements.
• 4Players may request account closure at any time by contacting bd99f support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after settlement of pending bets and applicable deductions) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
• 5Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance may be closed by bd99f without notice. Accounts with a positive balance that become inactive will be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as notified in these Terms from time to time, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd99f are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd99f supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is subject to the limits displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction, which may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• 2Deposits are credited to your bd99f account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bd99f is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network issues outside bd99f's control.
• 3Withdrawal requests are processed to the player's registered payment method only. bd99f does not process withdrawals to accounts, wallets or phone numbers that differ from the registered payment details on file. Players must ensure their registered payment details are current and accurate.
• 4KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. bd99f reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• 5bd99f does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank) may apply their own transaction charges, over which bd99f has no control.
• 6bd99f reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bd99f may freeze the account pending investigation and will notify the player by their registered contact details.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bd99f offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion, which form part of these Terms. The following general conditions apply to all bd99f bonuses:

• 1Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. bd99f reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus if eligibility requirements are not met at the time of the promotional offer.

• 2Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, pricing errors or any technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.

• 4Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, or with persons outside the platform, for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes in sports betting, live casino or any other game offered on bd99f.
• 5Using funds of illegal origin to make deposits on bd99f, or using the platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd99f platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the intellectual property of bd99f or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the bd99f platform without prior written consent from bd99f.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd99f's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• 4Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bd99f's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
